Epic Fall Engagement Session in Ouray, Colorado

Katie and Costin are two of my friends from college…we all suffered together through classes like mineralogy and historical geology! But it was while we were in class together that I got to watch these two go from friends, to a couple, and then after graduation, to fiancés! It seriously was so awesome to watch their relationship grow, and I am SO honored to get to capture it on their wedding day!!

But for their engagement session, Katie and Costin met me down south in one of my favorite areas of Colorado: the San Juan Mountains. I go down to this area around Ouray, Colorado every year for fall landscape photos. They decided to make a weekend getaway out of their shoot, which I think is a GREAT way to celebrate your engagement even more! The San Juan Mountains are one of the best places for engagement photos in Colorado.
