HOLY COW! I’ve been SO excited to share Iva and Adam’s winter engagement session for a while now, and today is finally the day!! Iva and Adam were looking for an adventure for their engagement photos, and Rocky Mountain National Park, which is near Estes Park, was the perfect spot for their adventure. These two were down for a hike through the snow, and the views and scenery we experienced along the way were WELL worth it to say the least!

Their Engagement Photos Near Estes Park

For Iva and Adam’s adventurous engagement photos we chose Rocky Mountain National Park which is just outside of Estes Park. Our trail of choice was the hike up to Dream Lake, and while it was cold and extremely windy at the top the experience as a whole was SO magical! We started the session just before sunset which gave the mountains an incredible glow. That combined with the fresh snow covering everything around us really brought this winter engagement session to the next level! As beautiful as the start of our session was though, it doesn’t even come close to the majestic views we captured at the end of our hike!! After Iva and Adam’s engagement session the Dream Lake hike has easily become one of my favorites, and by now I’m sure you can see why!

Engagement Sessions in the Mountains of Colorado

Colorado is home to an endless amount of mountain locations that are perfect for engagement photos, just like the ones outside of Estes Park! Colorado is of course known for its natural beauty, and nowhere is that more on display than in the mountains of the state.
