Fall Engagement Session at Mueller State Park | Haylee and Logan
Though I have been a photographer in Colorado for a long time now, there are always new places to explore, and I was so excited to check out a new location for Haylee and Logan's engagement session! I met Haylee and Logan in the parking lot of Mueller State Park and we spent the evening walking the trails soaking in the beauty that is Colorado in the fall.
Mueller State Park Engagement Session
Haylee and Logan wanted to stay closer to Colorado Springs for their engagement session, so Mueller State Park was a great option! This new to me spot was a BEAUTIFUL location for documenting the fall colors that Colorado is known for. Because it was earlier in the season the pops of yellow were mixed into the dark greens showcasing the beauty in the autumn transition. The views of Pikes Peak combined with the beautiful groves of aspens made this the perfect spot for a fall engagement session near Colorado Springs.

Known for its iconic sandstone rock formations with Pikes Peak standing tall in the background, Garden of the gods is one of the most recognizable locations in Colorado. This location can get busy. I suggest scheduling a morning engagement session or on a week day for a quieter experience.

Red Rock Open Space
Red Rock Open Space is known for the bright red rock formations that make up this area of Colorado. These STUNNING rock formations that appear to tilt on an angle because of a geological process called "differential erosion." With beautiful and dramatic landscapes, it's a must see and an incredible location for engagement photos.
