Garden Chic Wedding at Arrowhead Golf Course | Caroline and Ross

It’s always so amazing when you hit it off with a client and their family. And it’s EVEN better when you get to celebrate with your client and their family TWICE. Caroline and Ross got married this past July of 2025 at Arrowhead Golf Course in Littleton, CO. I had previously captured Caroline’s sister Jordan’s wedding in the summer of 2024! I’m so honored to have been welcomed back to capture more love and fun. And I’m really excited to share this elegant garden party chic wedding day with you!

Getting Ready for a Colorado Wedding

Caroline and Ross’ day started with details of the invite, rings, and jewelry. The subtle pops of blue throughout these pieces were the perfect addition to the flawlessly curated elegant garden party elements of the day.

Caroline also chose to get ready at the Studio 33 Denver with her entourage. This was a great choice for giving all the girls ample space for hair and makeup, wonderful natural light. The space served as the perfect clean backdrop for getting into her dress! While Caroline finalized her look, Ross finished getting into his suit with his mom before heading out for his and Caroline’s first look.

Arrowhead has a really really amazing view of Colorado’s Red Rocks, so we ABSOLUTELY had to utilize this view for their first look. After their first look, we took some time to enjoy the scenery and take couple portraits. Then we headed over for Caroline’s first look with her dad. Then we jumped right into the wedding party and family photos!

Garden Chic Ceremony and Reception at Arrowhead Golf Course

The florals for this wedding were executed in the most PERFECT way. The goal of their day was a chic garden party with light blue and accents of green throughout. Between the bridesmaids bouquets and florals on the chuppah, the ceremony was stunning!

Caroline and Ross had a traditional Jewish ceremony. The ceremony was complete with circling and breaking the glass traditions while friends and family watched. We then had time to wander around Arrowhead for some more couples portraits among the Red Rocks before celebrating at cocktail hour. The garden party vibes kept rolling into reception with vases of white, blue, and green florals on the tables topped with pale blue table linens and green vines draping down from the ceiling - it was beyond pretty!

Special dances, speeches, and cake led us into the Hora and an outfit change for Caroline. She was ready to dance in her new fit and everyone had the best time filling that dance floor for the rest of the night!

Why You Should Rent A Getting Ready Space

One thing I loved about this day was that Caroline rented a dedicated getting ready space for her and her girls. This is always a really great option for couples for a few reasons:

  • The ceremony/reception site doesn’t have a getting ready space big enough or at all.

  • Lack of clutter and more room for belongings and hair and makeup artists

  • Lighting! Sometimes traditional hotel rooms or getting ready spaces at venues don’t have the best lighting for both hair and makeup and photography.

  • Possible less stress for the bride or groom. Getting ready at the same location you’re getting married at can be distracting. With all the hustle and bustle of vendors roaming around it's easy to feel rushed. Being offsite can keep you in the moment and completely present!

Caroline and Ross had a chic garden party vision for their wedding day and they hit it square on the head with this one. Every detail was executed so well and beautifully. They had lots of out of town guests and wanted to have them experience Colorado’s unique natural beauty. Arrowhead absolutely delivered! From the breathtaking views, the sun, the decor, and these two wonderful humans - it was a day that can’t be matched!
