Classic Wedding at Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings | Heather and Michael

Heather and Michaels day started off like so many beautiful wedding days, at their venue by Wedgewood Weddings taking their time getting ready with the people they love the most.  Their classic wedding day at Ken Caryl Vista in Colorado was the perfect wedding day, filled with quality time, a beautiful experience and so much celebration.

Wedgewood Weddings Colorado

Colorado is home to many amazing venues owned by Wedgewood Weddings.  One of the best parts about many of their venues is that they are all in one wedding venues.  This means they offer things like catering, a getting ready space, ceremony space, reception space and often on beautiful grounds for portraits.

There are so many benefits to having a wedding at an all inclusive wedding venue including but not limited to:

  1. More time to spend with loved ones on your wedding day

  2. Flexibility, if it rains we can always adjust the timeline!

  3. Peace of mind, venues like Wedgewood Weddings keep experience at the forefront and want to make sure you have an amazing time

  4. Guest experience, your guests don’t have to travel throughout your wedding day meaning they can settle in and make themselves at home throughout your ceremony through the end of your reception.

Wedgewood also owns more venues throughout the country from California to Georgia.  They are known for their elegant and fun wedding venues that suit so many different wedding visions.

Sustainability in Colorado Weddings

There are so many ways to be sustainable when planning your wedding in Colorado, one of my favorites though is renting florals for your wedding day!  Heather and Michael rented their florals from Flintwood Florals who does an amazing job with their silk florals.  Silk florals are sustainable because they can be reused again and again! Your wedding bouquet can be used by many more couples in the future and be a part of so many amazing events.

Their designs look stunning and high-end and I love how they work with the couple to put together a floral package that fits the vision of their wedding day.

All inclusive wedding venues are also a great sustainable option for couples!  They provide things like cutlery, glassware, plates and linens, so not only do you not have to rent these items, but they also clean and take care of them in house. On top of that your carbon footprint stays low because of the lack of travel for guests and rentals.

Heather and Michael were able to spend their day taking things slow and really being present with one another as well as their guests. I am so happy for these two and their loved ones. If you're looking for a wedding photographer for your Wedgewood Wedding, here are a few weddings I've photographed at some of their other Colorado venues!
