Mayya and Joshua’s Jewish wedding celebration at Evergreen Lake House was the perfect way to close up my 2025 wedding season. We got a great Colorado bluebird day for their late November wedding and their day was so much family love and so many fun Jewish wedding traditions scattered throughout their day.

Why Evergreen Lakehouse Was their Perfect Colorado Wedding Venue

Evergreen Lake House is a part of the Evergreen Park and Recreation District in Evergreen Colorado. Evergreen Lake House is what I would call a bare bones wedding venue. Which is perfect for any couple wanting to put together their own vendor team.

The venue provides you with the space tables, chairs and some staff on-site throughout the day. Every other vendor will have to be brought in separately. While they do have a preferred list of caterers, they also allow outside caterers that aren't on their preferred vendor list.

One of the best parts about this wedding venue is that it’s stunning on its own. There is not a need for a lot of decor because the venue itself and the surrounding grounds are so beautiful.

A Fall Wedding at Evergreen Lake House

Mayya and Joshua took their time getting ready the morning of their wedding before spending some time taking portraits outside of the venue looking out over Evergreen Park. They followed their first look with several meaningful Jewish traditions before exchanging vows during a ceremony on the viewing deck overlooking the lake.

I loved the energy on the dance floor for their hora (one of my favorite wedding traditions to capture) and the celebration only got wilder from there. The rest of the night was filled with nonstop dancing and so much fun.
