Rainy Engagement Photos in Colorado
Jesse and Tyler's engagement session in Evergreen Colorado had some PNW vibes with the rainy sky and the dense forests we took their photos in. Their love story starts many years ago when they studied the same major throughout college. Over the four years they spent a lot of time together but didn't start dating until their last year in College. Following Tyler's proposal at Jesse's favorite vineyard the two knew they wanted to take their engagement photos in their new home state, Colorado.

When we began the planning process for their engagement session, Jesse and Tyler had a rough vision for what they wanted for their Colorado engagement photos. They came to me knowing they wanted a more foresty vibe for their session. After thinking through some of my favorite places to take photos in our area as well as places I've hiked with my friends and family I suggested Alderfer Three Sisters in Evergreen Colorado.
One of my favorite parts about being a Colorado engagement photographer is there is helping my couples plan the perfect experience for their session. Some couples come to me with a specific vision with a location already chosen. Others come to me with no vision at all and trust me to create an experience that feels like them.
Taking their engagement photos in Evergreen in the spring we had a LOT of luscious greens and even a light May rain storm! We were able to use the clear umbrellas for a few photos which made for such fun portraits.
