My 2025 Round Up as a Colorado Wedding Photographer
Each December I like to take a little bit of time to reflect my past year as a wedding photographer and relive all of the magical wedding days I had the opportunity to be a part of. In 2025 I was so happy to be a part of 25 (!!) wedding days! Between big celebrations at some of Colorado’s best venues, to intimate elopements tucked away amongst the beautiful mountains of Colorado, I’ve been a part of so much magic this past year.
Each year my couples put on such cool and unique wedding days, making each and everyone their own, and I always feel so lucky to be a part of the team that makes their days come to life! Each couple is so thoughtful on how they experience their day and how their loved ones play a part in it. Somehow, I’m able to choose one photo from each wedding day for this blog, but let me tell you, this is a TOUGH decision. If you’re ready to relive this amazing year with me, here are my highlights from my year as a Colorado Wedding Photographer
Colorado Weddings in 2025
2025 was SUCH a cool year. If you’ve been checking in with my blog for awhile you’ll remember my roundups from past years. I’m going to structure this article very similarly and we will go through each of the four seasons touching on each wedding I was so lucky to be a part of. Colorado is such a special place and these weddings took me all over the state this year. I cannot wait to walk you through all of the amazing places I’ve been and showcase my gorgeous state of Colorado as an option for your wedding day!
Winter
In a little change of pace, my 2025 season actually began last winter which was the best way to kick off my new year! Shannon and Oliver eloped in Vail Colorado where we took their portraits out in the snow before heading into Bad Kitty Lounge to celebrate their marriage! They wanted their vibes to be cozy, intimate and casual and that is exactly how we celebrated them! Starting off my season with a snowy mountain elopement just outside of Vail was the PERFECT way to start off my wedding season.

Spring
Starting off spring with another elopement! Noah & Daisy woke up at the crack of dawn for their Frisco elopement in the mountains before heading into town to warm up with some coffee and tea to sign their marriage certificate. Soon after I celebrated with Justyn & Ambers’ elopement at the iconic Civic Center Park in Downtown Denver. These two elopements had completely different feels, one in the mountains, the other in the city, and both were SO beautiful. Just goes to show how much the state of Colorado has to offer when planning your wedding day.
Erin & Brandon officially kicked off my wedding season at Upper Larimer with the PERFECT outdoor spring wedding. My couples were all about the details this year and Erin & Brandon brought so much customization to their day with their custom brewed beer and a taco truck for dinner! I capped off my spring Colorado weddings with Andzelika & Piotr’s wedding! These two were SO loved by their guests, many of them even flew all the way in from Poland to celebrate! I had SO much fun dancing to Polish music with them and experiencing all of their cultural traditions on their wedding day.

Summer
Paige & Julius’ June wedding started off early in the morning for a sunrise ceremony tucked away in the fog of mountains. Starting off their wedding day in the clouds we then ended their wedding day at one of their favorite Italian restaurants with their loved ones. I LOVE how creative my clients were with their timelines this year!
Michaela & Matt, and Jordan & Kevin followed these hybrid weddings with beautiful outdoor weddings at some of my favorite Colorado wedding venues Beavers Meadows Resort Ranch and Blackstone Rivers Ranch! Both of these brides played into the lush landscape and bright blue skies of Colorado when choosing their wedding florals and colors. The bright wedding flowers went perfect with their indoor/outdoor wedding days.
Next up I had the absolute pleasure of documenting one of my former bride’s sister’s wedding this summer! Caroline & Ross celebrated their romantic wedding day at Arrowhead Golf Club which has such an iconic view of the Red Rocks. Monique & Alex were up next and their day was filled with SO many DIY details for their Crested Butte wedding. My sustainable heart was OBSESSED with their thrifted glass details.
Mid-summer hit and the wildflowers were GORGEOUS for Becca & Gloria’s adventure session! They officially married in NYC earlier in the year but had a goal of dreamy stars, wildflowers and mountains for their wedding photos, so they planned for the best of both worlds! I started off my August with Nate & Nell back at Blackstone Rivers Ranch where they also hired out High Point Creamery ice cream for their guests which was absolutely epic.
Summer Elopements and Hybrid Weddings
Misaki & Eric and Megan & Blake both split up their wedding days to have hybrid experiences for their Colorado weddings! Misaki & Eric eloped back in 2024 and then celebrated with a summer reception in the summer of 2025, while Megan & Blake did the opposite! They had their ceremony and celebrated with their friends and family with a big wedding day at The Manor House and then planned an adventure session for just the two of them following their wedding day. Both getting the best parts of an elopement and a big wedding reception to celebrate their marriage!
I closed out my Colorado summer with two more beautiful elopements and a reception for Noah & Daisy! Rachel & Alex eloped just the two of them in the mountains while Liz & Mark eloped surrounded by their friends and family. Then Noah & Daisy’s wedding reception post elopement day with their family and friends topped off the summer! This summer FLEW, packed full with so many beautiful weddings. I feel so lucky to have been a part of so many amazing and unique summer wedding celebrations.

Fall
Fall did NOT slow down to say the least! Packed to the brim with so many amazing fall wedding days, here are a few of my favorite details from each of their wedding days! Lexie and Bob started off my fall weddings at the iconic Grant Humphrey’s Mansion in Denver. Next up I headed up to Winter Park later in September to celebrate Becky and Tyler’s outdoor wedding day, before closing out September with Brandon & Xena’s intimate Colorado elopement and Hailey & Jason’s Texas wedding!
Moving into October, I started off the month with Erin & Henks’ wedding at Pikes Peak Ranch. I was OBSESSED with Erin’s cool toned floral dress with the bright yellow fall leaves of the Colorado mountains in the background. We continued through October with Melissa & Kyle’s sunrise portraits in the Colorado mountains.
Then closed out my wedding season with TWO November weddings at Evergreen Lake House! Both Victoria & Ian as well as Mayya & Josh celebrated with their friends and family at this beautiful Colorado wedding venue.
